It’s a new year…a clean slate. For many of us, it’s a time of reflection, renewed hope and resolutions. How will you make the most of the next 365 days? Consider adding a couple of these tips to your routine to make it a happy, healthy year!

Simplify your life. Try rising early one day a week. Create a calmer environment in your home or office. Enjoy the simple pleasures. Get outdoors.

Connect more with others. Spend more time with family and friends. Volunteer at a soup kitchen, animal shelter or other charity. Do Good, Feel Good.

Keep the main thing the main thing. Prioritize, do less, slow down.
