For all clients regardless of the program for which they are enrolled, Jefferson Center provides a basic array of services based upon individual needs: case management, medication management and additional support services as needed.

Navigation Services  is available to guide you in accessing mental health services and in linking you to resources at Jefferson Center and in the community.

Community and Peer Support Groups are available to help you work towards recovery.

Blue Spruce Pharmacy - Center clients and staff may have their prescriptions filled on a walk-in basis or filled prescriptions will be transported to our clinical sites where they may be picked up at your convenience.

Foothills Behavioral Health Partners  manages mental health benefits for persons enrolled in the Colorado Medicaid program and living in Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Gilpin or Jefferson Counties. For more information, see www.fbhcolorado.org.

If you are having problems with services, complaints, and your rights regarding treatment, there is a Client Representative that can assist you.

You are not alone on this journey. Therapists, doctors and peer specialists will partner with you as you work toward your recovery. They can help you understand the recovery process and support you in planning your goals and steps to achieve them.
