Adult Services

Individual, group and family services that support client strengths and independence and encourage family involvement include:

• Peer Specialist Support
• Consumer-Run Services
• Case Management/Home-Based Services
• Individual, Group & Family Therapy
• Evidence Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Co-Occurring Treatment (substance abuse/mental illness)
• Medication Evaluation and Monitoring

 

Older Adult Services

Older adult services, led by a Jefferson Center therapist, are held throughout the community, including senior resource centers and churches. Services provided vary from individual and family therapy to case management and case management monitoring. Other services include the Senior Reach program and OBRA, services to nursing homes. Senior Reach...a community program that identifies older adults who may need emotional or physical support and/or connection to community services. It’s a simple way to help older adults get assistance before a serious crisis develops.Serving Adults 60 and Older in Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties.
