The Navigation Program is designed to help and guide clients in accessing mental health services and linking clients to resources at Jefferson Center and in the community. Jefferson Center consumers and staff members can access all Navigation Program resources through a single entry point phone line, via e-mail, on the internet and by walk in on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Navigation Program Staff Provide:

• Immediate, as needed assistance regarding all community resources and questions about Jefferson Center services.
• Resource Assessment, Linkage & Follow up.
• Assistance with screening, applying for and problem solving benefits in the community. 
• Research and organization of internal and community resources.
• Outreach, engagement and education services.

A personal link for consumers to all available services and resources within JCMH and the community.
