How do you determine my salary?

We determine your salary on two different factors. First, we evaluate your highest degree obtained and then look at your experience past your last degree received. Second, we also evaluate if you have any licensure and how long you have been licensed. These factors are what determine where a new applicant is at on our pay scale.

How often will I receive a performance evaluation?

Every employee at Jefferson Center receives a performance evaluation annually. Everyone has an evaluation at the beginning of November. Raises are then determined at this time.
