Jefferson Center receives grant funding from the Colorado Homeless Prevention Activities Program (HPAP) to support consumers who are struggling with issues of homelessness as well as mental health problems. The funding for HPAP comes directly from the Checkoff Colorado program.

Checkoff Colorado provides Colorado residents the opportunity to donate $1 or more of their tax refund to 1 of 10 causes across the state, including Homeless Prevention. Please consider participation in this program and help address the overwhelming homeless issues our consumers and many Coloradoans face.  On your tax return, look for the Homeless Prevention box and check it off!
