Program OverviewThe ROAD is a drop-in resource center that offers a safe, drug-free environment where young adults can socialize and have fun. Having fun is important at The ROAD. We offer XBOX, TV, movies, BBQs, pool table, ping-pong, basketball board games, food and more! We also offer activities, groups and presentations that promote learning and responsibility. These include discussion groups on various topics selected by those who attend The ROAD. Past topics have included relationships, surviving teen years, drug and alcohol, and mental wellness. The ROAD also offers activities and services that help young adults achieve success and independence. Services include counseling and case management for young adults and their families. Visit our Services Page for more information. Young adults do not need a referral to come to The ROAD,
however community referrals can be made by contacting us at (303) 432-5850
or theroad@jcmh.org. |
